Of particular note is that our Let Fees for managed and rent collection services are charged on a monthly basis. We believe it unfair to charge the entire fee upfront in the first month of the tenancy for a service that we are yet to provide.
Our Management Service is utterly transparent. We seek only to source maintenance support for Landlords from vetted contractors at competitive rates. Graves Son and Pilcher do not in any way benefit financially from these relationships.
Our dedicated agency team is committed to providing clients with a highly professional bespoke service on all types of commercial property matters including, disposals, acquisitions, business relocations etc. We have specialists in the retail/catering, offices, industrial/warehouse and in investment/development sectors.
In addition to our Residential Lettings Management, we offer Management Services for all types of Residential and Commercial Property including: apartment blocks, high street shops, shopping centres, mixed residential and commercial developments, office buildings and industrial units/ estates.
We undertake Rating Assessments, Appeals and contribute to Valuation Tribunal Hearings.
We are regularly instructed to advise both landlords and tenants as to the proper rent to be paid for a particular property, both commercial and residential. As experienced Chartered Surveyors we are often appointed to act as either Arbitrator or Independent Expert to resolve disputes between parties.
We provide a multidisciplinary Building Surveying Service locally and on a regional basis.
We prepare valuations for residential and commercial purposes, and for statutory purposes. Our partners regularly appear as witnesses in Court and are appointed by RICS and other judicial bodies to determine value.
